Tired after sleeping
Its been since the beginning of this year. Every morning I wake up more tired than the day before (occasionally not). I get about an average of 6-8 Hours of sleep per night (which I thought was correct).

Could there be anything specific that I need to watch or monitor to see why this happens.

By the way, I am a 22 year old man. (Just thought it might help).

Please, I have to get through this. My job is staring to slack. I am currently doing my articles at an auditing firm and this is my 4th year.

Thx alot!!

Dear Tazzzy
I think you must just let your doctor check you for anemia, Iron shortage or underlying viral or tickbite infections. If you are declared healthy, try taking Slow Fructose, Magnesium and Vit B complex supplements.
