I have a friend who gets very nauseous after brushing his teeth in the morning. He's tried different toothpastes, all with same result. Yet if he brushes at any other time of day, it's fine. What could cause the nausea early in the morning ??

Dear Concerned friend
first time I hear of a man with morning sickness :-)
Morning nausea can be caused by stomach ulcers, a high pressure in the brain, hormonal changes, middle ear disorders. He needs to go to a doctor who can examine him and look for the cause.
