TUBERCULOSIS
Hi

My husband was diagnosed with having TB on Wednesday 01.11.2006. He is currently taking TB medication. How can I be sure that my 3 yr old daughter and I won't contact the disease. Is there perhaps a vacination that we can take ?

Dear Rochelle
No, but if he takes his medication regularly he won't be infective and see to it that he completes the whole course. Just have you both tested too.
