Urine
For the last two / three weeks my urine has been very yellow and with a very strong smell. What could this be. Am I lacking something.

Nats, if you’re lacking anything it is water, as concentrated urine is darker and smellier than normal. Dark smelly urine may be due to something that is being excreted because you have it in excess, but I can’t think of a deficiency that may cause dark urine. It might also be due to an infection or something you’re taking like a multivitamin preparation. The best would be to see your doctor if the problem persists. Good luck.
