Waking up feeling nauseaes
I am 20 year male and often in the mornring I wake up feeling nauseaes. But it is a wierd feeiling because i actually feel like my stomach needs to release gas by means of burping. I do quietly burp alot when the nausea feeling peaks.

This doesnt happen every morning but it happens often and it is very uncomfortable. I have not for a couple of years eaten breakfast but rather always would eat lunch early like 11am for example. I have started to eat breakfast but i find it very difficult as i have no apetite that time of the morning at all.

However my main concern is the nausea and i think the not eating breakfast maybe contributed to this???

Dear Morning Sickness
You probably have Gastro-esophageal reflux or a hiatus hernia. Ask your doctor to refer you for a gastroscopy?
