Water retention
I am 36years old and suffering from water retention. What can cause it and what can I use to get rid of it.

Swollen, it might be due to high blood pressure, hormonal changes, heart problems, kidney problems, anaemia, etc. The best would be to see your doctor so that he can determine the cause and then prescribe the appropriate treatment. Good luck.
