What causes a kidney Infection?
I am having kidney infection and would like to know what the causes are and perhaps something I can use to make it better.

Phelo, infections can reach the kidneys via the blood or “upstream” via the urine, but it is seldom due to something you did. Treating a kidney infection isn’t a DIY kind of thing. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
