Addicted to drugs
Hi
Can you please give me some advise on how to let my husband stop taking drugs. He used it 2 years before we met each other and start using it again a week ago. I'm also not sure if he used it on other accasions as well. He doesn't tell me about it because he knows I won't approve of it. He is 25 and we've been married for 18 months.

Dear Nicky,
let's see what our other readers suggest here. basically, nothing much helps someone abusing drugs to stop doing so, until they themselves recognize that they have a problem and they genuinely want to stop. When they are ready to do so ( and you can help to encourage them to reach that stage ) then they would need to see a shrink for specific personal help in doing so, possibly, depending on the nature and extent of the particular drug(s) beign abused ) also needing a period in rehab to become chemically clean from the drugs ).
