Advise please
got divorced almost 4 years ago. Ex paid maintenance for first 8 months and then "lost" job. Put kids back on my medical aid (my company does not contribute towards medical aid) and never received maintenance for another 6 months. Ex got job, worked for almost 2 years but I kept kids on my medical aid and he paid maintenance (but not the arrears). In Feb of this year, thought he was stable enough to put kids back on his medical aid, but he has "lost" this job again end november. that means no maintenance again and I have the put the kids back on my medical aid? What the hell do I do????

Sounds like he seems to plan when to lose these jobs, doesn't it ? As Wings says, putting them on and off a scheme could have real disadvantages. But don't you really need to talk with a good lawyer, and take this Ex to court and have a decision mae about how much maintenance he should pay, and how to deal with the arrears he owes you ?
