advise which is more debilitating B or D
Morning please explain he difference between bipolar and depression ,what I have read about it is it’s sounds like it the same only difference is you go on a mania state .. Which one is worse to have I am sure both are serious but sure you decide which one is the more debilitating of the two
Search elsewhere on this site, eg the Mind section, and you'll find descriptions of Depression, and of Bipolar Disorder. The Depressions in both are much the same ; in Bipolar Disorder you also have the manic, excessively "UP" phases which can be exhausting, too. It hardly matters which, in some abstract sense, might be more debilitating --- you have one or the other, and whatever you havem, is the most debilitating for you.
And to Shakira, Bipolar can be well controled by medication ( like Diabetes or High Blood Pressure ) but rarely cured. Supplements and diets are useless in managing it ; counselling helps both
