Anger problems
I have a temper and anger problem, i get triggered really easily i would say something bad and when i go back and think about what i said i'd feel really bad or guilty, is there any effective way of dealing with this anger and temper thing?

The problem is if anyone tries to call me to order about what i said I would erupt even worse and really be nasty but if a person just avoids me i then feel so bad and guilty, what is wrong with me, do i need proper psychological help here?

They say anger management could help, is there a way of self therapy, how do i do it, am i abmormal do some ppl get these anger freelings

It'd certainly be well worth your while to see a psychologts to learn about better ways of anger management, including ways to delay your responses to annoyign situations, so that you can choose a more useful response than mere anger. Its better done with a shrink than by self-therapy, as you'd benefit from the view and input of an expert outsider.
