Angry - why can't people be responsible for themselves
I detest it when I have to take up the responsibilities of other people. I have had a difficult route in my life and taught my children early on to be responsible for themselves so truly HATE IT when at work there are people who are slack and think that someone else will just pick up the pieces. Now my boss gives me other people's responsibilities (in a patronising way). IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY. The business has to be run and I therefore cannot refuse to do things. There are only 4 of us (privately owned business) I make the coffee, wash the dishes, put toilet paper in the loo when the last person has "forgotten" to do so .........seems like little things but why can people not consider other people..... when I do stop washing up after other people the cups stay in the sink for 2 days. I have not been given the authority to tell other staff members what to do but when I do comment there is such an atmosphere. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Jemma's suggested tactics might be worth trying, with such lazy and irresponsible co-workers. They neglect these tasks BECAUSE they know they can absolutely rely on you doing them
