Another day
Hi CS. Well I have felt really down today - I've been on meds for bipolar for about the last 13 days and have felt fine. But today is not my day - just thinking about the past and wish my mom and brother were still alive - the way it used to be. Everything seems lonely today. Well tomorrow will be a better day I suppose and life goes on. What is time? Everything changes and i hate change.
Well, the course of one's path out of any illness ( don't I know it, myself ! ) is a rocky road, with upturns and downturns. As you say, tomorrow will probably be fine again. The general course of your journey is upwards and out of the depression, even if each and every day doesn't necessarily show the same degree of progress.
hange is inevitable, and our choice isn;t whether to accept it or refuse it, but whether we will be bold enough to ride the wave of change, and USE it, or whether we'll stand still and wait for it to knock us over. Different can be better, especially if you devote yourself to making sure that it will be.
