Hi its me again

I have allready e-mailed you but in my subject i did not put the word bipolar and so have had no replies yet.
As i told u in my last letter. I am very afraid as i am really not scared to commit suicide it goes throuth my thougts every day like it is attacking my brain. I am on Cipralix and Epitec. I have cut myself numerous times with a blade on my legs and burnt myself with a kettle which seems to leave me feeling so much better. Last night i was banging my head repeatedly on the wall and drew a small amount of blood. This also made me feel so much better. Everything that i have read up on Bipolr does not mention the symptoms that i have.
Please help as i am very afraid. I have been to many psychologists and psychiatris and only my GP has been able to help. I am not prepared to go back to anyone else but my GP.

You really, really need to discuss this, including a rank discussion of the thoughts of suicide, with your own GP. If you check the archives of this forum, you will find that we have discussed self-cutting / self-mutilation many times, and some of the previous discussions may be useful to you. What you desscribe are symptoms of self-mutilation and self-damage, rather than of Bipolar as such. It's good that you trust this GP, but do take his advice and work also, sincerely and hard, with a good local shrink, who, along with your GP, could really help you to regain control of this situation
