breakup
Why is it so difficult and hurtful when you are first time breaking up ever?
I feel so much of pain because i caused the breakup. What can i do to start feeling better about myself? I know from deep in my heart that the person can achieve a better life without me.

If there was anything approaching a really loving and caring relationship, a break-up is bound to be painful --- that makes sense. If you could part and feel nothing about it, then there wasn't really a relationship there at all. And if you were a significant part of the reason for the break-up, all the more room for regret and for feeling bad. Counselling can help you to feel appropriately better about yourself, and to learn appropriate lessons from the experience, so as to avoid letting it happen again in the future.
