Please help.
I have been on cilift for 3 and a half yrs and put on 10 kgs.

10 kg over 3 1/2 years ? Why have tyou been on it for so long ? Generally, for a single depression, its recommended to stay on it for 9 months to a year. Are you being treated by a GP or a specialist psychiatrist. If a GP, maybe a psychiatrist's opinion would be worth getting, both to advise you on how to gradually come off the Cilift, and review whether you still need to be on this medicine.
