Still hate this time of year, but I like my Christmas tree. (o:

Today is marked by three things: Suicide-sis-in-law would have had a birthday today. Murdered-sis-in-law's murderer was convicted to 65 years in jail today. A maintenance issue between me and The Dad that's been dragging on and on and on for the last 6 months was closed and signed today in my favour.

The last two things stressed me senseless the last few months. I'm thinking, maybe she's an angel looking down on me.... She's making me happy on her birthday. (o:

lulu, delighted that the mainenance case has worked out in your favour, and that you've found a good perspective on the tragedies you and your family have had to endure. Its worthwhile to choose to see the brighter aspects of the wole picture rather than concentrating on the shadows --- that's not a false perspective, just choosing a more comofortable and functional one.
I like Christmas trees, too.
And as for a Cyberlawyer, if you can find us any lawyer who will do all this work free of charge ( rather than the usual lawyer, who wants to charge a fee for saying "Hello" ) I'm sure such a forum could be arranged.
And the fat dietician may be a brilliantn expert at what you OUGHT to do, she's just not too brilliant at actually doing it herself. I think even one or two of our Wise Readers have found it easier to give really excellent advice than always to take it themselves.
