I have never seen a shred of scientific evidence that anything called "cranio-sacral therapy" helps any econized condition. When you come across a treatment that sounds good, ask them for copies of papers in recognized scientific journals, showing that it works ; ask them for details of recognized major medical schools and wotrld-recognized clinics where the technique is used ; and ask them for details of what accredited training is necessary to give such treatment --- and who does the accreditation ( which would need to be again some medical school or other established academic health care establishment. If they can't do this, have doubts.
