Check out the section of Health 24 we have been preparing to accompany the awful Sex Talk TV series, as we have a whole section there about cheating. It is possible that your husband wants to maintain a friendhsip but not a cheating relationship with this woman, but she is surely not entitled to insist on secrecy and exclusivity. I would encourage him to tell her that he will NEVER meet her alone for lunch, but that she's welcome to have lunch with him AND YOU, as, if this is a healthy friendship between them, he'd want her to meet you and vice versa. If its an innocent friendship, there is no reason for you not to join them for lunch
