I want to see a psychologist - but the closest one to my office practise to my office only has 3 psychiatrists - will it be the same as going to a psychologist?

Both do similar jobs and both can do a useful assessment of your problems. A psychiatrist is a fully qualified medical doctor and can prescribe drugs, a psychologist can't do that, and specializes in talking treatments
