Do I have CFS?
I suspect that I might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but I'm not sure.
I was terribly fatigued for a few months, so I saw my doctor who diagnosed the problem as being Aneamia (low iron in blood). But after a while the iron supplement didnt really seem to be helping anymore, and I was back where I started.
I am constantly tired, and one late night can take a week of about 7/8 hours sleep a night to get my energy back.
It seems to come and go, and there are good patches of "non-fatigue" .

Please help
But I can't currenly afford to go to the doctor if there's nothing wrong with me, so what I need to know is if I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and should I see my doctor about it?

CFS is still a highly controversial diagnosis, and its not yet clear whether it even exists as a separate conditon. Obviously, there are people with the sort of symptoms you describe --- but when properly assessed by a good local psychiatrist, they often turn out to be Depressed and to feel much better after treatment with antidepressants and CBT counselling. Seeing the shrink at least once or twice would probably be much better value for money than the long, expensive, and almost always ultimately unhelpful investigation of CFS
