Don't know whether anyone has heard this one - but after the condom post...(Naughty!)
A doctor claimed that he had invented a machine that could diagnose your complaints within a minute from a sample of urine. Many sceptics gathered to test this machine. With their urine samples in hand one-by-one they got their diagnoses - one with a bladder infection, another with asthma and each left rather impressed with the results. The last sceptic however, decided to try and fool the machine. He took his daughters' urine mixed with his, added some of his own semen and for good measure added a drop of oil from his car. When his sample was put into the machine it hummed a bit, hummed a bit more and a minute and a half later it spat out the piece of paper with his diagnosis:

Your daughter is pregnant, your car needs an oil change and if you don't stop playing with yourself, you'll never get rid of that tennis elbow.
