fat cat
Please, can you help me. I am over weight around 5-6 Kg and I dont know what to do.I started to do an excercise, but that was just for 2 weeks time and just I left that, because it's seems to me that my tummy and belly are getting even bigger. I am not pregnat, but I am looking like I am in the 2-3 months.I am trying to stop smoking, so probably that's the reason. I stop to eat propley, I am eating just 1-1/2 sendwichech a day, but nothing changes. I didnt lose any weight, but put some more. It is posssible to write me down some diet+ excercise, which can work for me. Please help me I really dont know what to do. Thanks a lot.

Exercise won't make your belly get bigger, but, by strengthening the muscles at the front of the belly, help it to hold firmer and show your weight less. But if you are truly fat, what you need isn't "an exercise" ( no single exercise would be enough ) but a good deal more general exercise, to use up more energy than is taken in in your meals ; plus a wise selection of exercise aimed at particular body areas ; and above all a sensible diet, cutting out fattening foods, and managing a more healthy balance- -- our Health 24 DIETDOC can help with this.
Stopping smoking is also an excellent and healthy idea, but many people find that while they stop smoking, their appetite increases and they put on even more weight. Try banashing fattening snacks from the house, and instead keep carrot sticks, celery, and so on, which you can munch and crunch when you feel nibbly.
And as ec says, Weightwatchers or Weighless, or some such group can help, giving support, encouragement, tragets, and saring the experience with others engaged in the same effort.
