has anyone used st jonhs wort?
my sleep patterns have not been normal for over two months and i did a test and it showed my anxiety levels are really high, but my relationship just ended. my therapist said if she did not know me and how hard and long i worked to get where i am, i have not been depressed for a year and a half, she would have put me on medication.

she usggested a try valerian becos she says when she is anxious she uses it. then when i went to the parmacy the lady there told me to try st johns wort she said it works better than valerian. the valerian worked quite well for me but i thought i would try st jonhs wort too. i was just wondering if anyone has used it? i'll keep you posted though.

Check the archives of this forum. Valerian is an old herbal remedy which is sedative and might help with mild anxiety, but could make you sleepy. St John's Wort is for mild depression ( NOT significant Depression ) and actually works rather in the same way as Prozac.
