Hello there CS. Just to wish you and everyone else well over the festive season!! We are closing at 12:00 today and will only be back next year so I won't be logging in until then. I saw a new shrink on Monday. I couldn't really connect with the first shrink. She's upped my lithium and Im a little nervous in taking a higher dose but I need to trust her and I quite like her already. I see you lived in Canada too. Very interesting. Anyway, have a wonderful Xmas and New Year. Until then. Cheers.

Have an excellent Christmas and New Year. One of the unique features of Lithium, by the way, is that one can measure the levels of it in the blood, and you need to keep it between specific levels. TOo low and it can't help, too high and the side-efefetcs become worse. SO if your new shrink is measuring the lithium levels, as she should, and the higher dose is needed to bring blood levels right, that should be fine
