i don't think the entities of heaven and hell imply judgement.
they are merely choices between being either with God, or without Him.
by choosing to live a life without Him, you are already living in a hell.
it is therefore not somewhere you can be allocated to by your right or wrong doings.
although, if you choose to live with God, you would want to do the better things in life.

that's judgement / selection, call it what you will --- discrimination, based on a choice the person made, their fate differs, a binary system. And the you talk about "right or wrong", and "the better things in life" --- THAT's judgemental, making a value judgement, and probably one I would agree with. What's so wrong about "judgemental" ?
