HELP!!
Doctor, please help, I'm addicted to Health 24 chatlines, whether it is Dietdoc, Cybervet, yourself etc etc. What must I do, If my boss finds out I'll be fired! Should I go for counselling?..........

It's been known to happen. Any good counsellor should be able to help you to control these urges (!) constructively --- so long as you don't then become addicted to the counsellor. Try setting yourself strict limits, allowing 5 minutes of web time every 2 hours.
