Help, I am drowning in sadness
Hi everyone, I need help. My boyfriend of three years has left me. We have been living together for three years, and things have been fine. I got home on friday to see all of his things cleaned out, and a note on the fridge saying he has left and that I shouldn't try to contact him. He won't give me an explaination, he wont even answer my calls. I cant stop crying, and I am really depressed.
I feel so alone, like someone has cut my arm off. I feel lost.

Dear VM, sory to hear about this shocking behaviour. As least you have discovered in time that he is a massive coward with a lousy sense of compassion for his friend and companion, and such a person you are probably better off without. As Paul Simon sang, there must be 60 ways to leave your lover, but this is about the seediest and cruellest way to choose. Look after yourself, use the support of family and friends, and a counsellor, if necessary.
