Hi to all
Long time no see or hear.

I've been on extended sick leave for a long time. Then I got back to work on Monday and they told me - either I go to a meeting where I could (and would!) get fired, or I take a mutual seperation package to leave the company willingly. Talk to my lawyer who told me that the package was a good idea, talked to my shrink who also told me that it was a good idea, so know I'm in the ranks of the successfully unemployed. Tomorrow have an interview for a new jobs, so hold thumbs for me!

Was ready to commit suicide a month ago, but now my meds are changed and I've changed so much you wouldn't believe! I'm happy, celebrated the changes that are coming in my life, going on holiday before I start a new job etc. I'm just so happy and relaxed now that I finally don't have to go back! Its like a great weight has been lifted off me.

Also have a new boyfriend. He's absolutely wonderful. Understands me, has issues of his own - but I can deal with them, then again who hasn't got issues? He can deal with mine. We just clicked from the moment that we met. One of the reasons besides the changed meds that I'm doing so great today.

Well, can't chat too long. No more web at work. All is from home.

Hope that everyone else has a great weekend!

Hi Liza,
Good to hear from you again. And so especially good to hear that you are feeling happy and confident, and coping well with the situation, seeing the opportunity rather than dreading a change. well done ! And isn't there an important message within there, about the urge towards suicide ? Had you given in to that urge you'd have missed all the things that have turned out for the better, in ways that at that stage you couldn't or didnt imagine ? Hope things all work out even better for you.
