How do you...
Tell yourself that you shouldnt call someone who doesnt want you even though you love them. How do you stop communication all together. I know what I have to do but I dont know how to do it. I want this man out of my life, out of my mind etc.

Remove their numbers from your phone, and maybe see a CBT counsellor to help you gain the discipline needed to do what you know you need to do. And whenever you get that urge to call them, remind yourself how demeaning it is to pursue someone who doesn't want you
