Jesus at the back door.
Hi doc.
Decided to take some time out from the shrinks, and buy a coupla CBT selfhelp books and take it a one. This relationship, with the new one, wasn't meant to be anyway, she's too little miss perfect. I can't swear in front of her and that greatly limits my conversational vocabulary. So yea. Love the cold, rainy weather, feel like the inside is living out there for a while. Misery as a weather system. The sun may be warm, but it's not always warming. Finding it hard to 'find' Jesus. I have put Him at the back door, locked it, and now He's standing there, knocking, while I am 'ending off' my bad life. The only life I know. One where death rules. And talking sounds hallow and empty in my head so I stopped.

I'll be interested to see how you find the CBT books, and do let us know, eventually, after properly trying them, which ones you found to be useful. I can understand the limitation you'd feel with a shrink who you couldn't be frank in front of. You be good, too !
