Just a thought
Is life always such a mystery that we often lose sense of direction, feeling somewhat worthless, having never anticipated the notion that we are indeed here for a "reason"?
Is it absalutely necessary to have to go through hell or a tough time to "grow" up. Why does life have to difficult at times,why s it that only when tested that we try to be our best? Why is life sometimes painfull? This past two months I have hated being alive - having to accept that the relationship I had waited so long for was indeed far from perfect, and so was he, and so am I. I dont know I am blabbering - sorry. I think it's just a bad day today. Just a thought. that's all, I am allowed to think out loud, aren't I?

Dear Juzlisen,
Deep thoughts. Sorry to hear you've had a bad day. And of course you're allowed to think aloud ( except, perhaps, if you're sitting next to me in the cinema or a concert, when I'd prefer the thoughts to be unspoken ! ) ;}
I'm not sure that life HAS to be so hard, but it seems to help, at least when we choose to develop the capacity to learn from it's bad experiences, to grow stronger and more adaptable. Maybe the challenge is to face the fact that even if fairy tales rarely come true, that can be OK, and that reality can still be satisfying ; and that though Mr Perfect may not exist ( though others may for a time resemble him ) Mr More Than Good Enough does exist.
