I'm doing the best I can (!) but of course, as in so many illnesses, you can do your personal best, but it's not entirely up to you, part being up to your resistance, your body's skill in healing, and what the doctors get up to. Understand, folks, that until 100 % fit again ( if ever ) I will have to reserve the right to skip questions that don't need my specific personal expertise, but which can be well served by responses from the wise folks of our regular readership.
