At least 3 or more times a week I have to repeat the message -- we DON'T recommend specific shrinks here, and don';t recommend that other readers do, either, for many good reasons including the fact that the medical Council frowns on advertising of professional services, and that it's impossible for anyone to keep track of all the shrinks in SA, what they do, where they do it, and what their special interests are, let alone how good they are !
