Minds of male/female
I'd like to know how the hermisphers of male,female work and how it influences their decision making.

Well, there are many folks around where I would be inclined to doubt it, but indeed the hemispheres of the brains of males and females both work, and in very much the same way. he differences in cognitive / thinking style, and more so, in emotional style, between the sexes, is more cultural and hormonally influenced than rooted in actual brain architecture.
