My excitment vs friend's heartache
Hi all
My man and I have been together now for about 3 weeks. Life is pretty good to me, he is always at my place and I'm just over the moon. He is everything I've ever dreamt of. Now the problem is with my best friend who stays next door (in a block of flats). After a week of my finding happiness, her man dumped her. Now, we're used to telling each other all the juicy details about partners. I don't know what to do anymore because she is pain and I really want to tell someone how happy I am without rubbing in salt. Should I just pretend that I am not happy? I mean, I can feel her pain but I am also excited about my man. Pls advice....

Maybe this isn't a good time for exchanging juicy details. But her own sadness at losing this one man ( there will be others in her life ) shouldn't mean that she cant be pelased that you're happy. PRetending not to be happy is deceitful and she'll probably see through it and not be comforted by it
