Narcissism
What will be the best way to handle a person who has narcissistic symptoms in a relationship? Will the relationship ever work out or is it better to back off?

CP Mom sums it up aptly, as the Me me Me! syndrome. I don't think any general answer is possible, as it's a very broad diagnosis, and so much depends on the specifics. Some people clearly do have fulfilling relationships with some narcissists, others find them intolerable
