You are wise, thouh to see a psychologist, as some simple CBT / Behaviour Therapy could help you become usefully less anxious and fell more in cotnrol in driving ; whereas anti-anxiety drugs are sedative and impair your reaction times and driving skills, so be cautious about such meds
