nerves
there''s moments where i would get terreble nerves, my heart and veins would pump fast and i would have a headache also. i''m not sure what causes this, i do have stress but not that much. can this be caused by something else

Sounds like a variety of Anxiety, even mild panic. It needs a proper skilled assessment, best from a shrink, but possibly from a really good GP, and treatment with meds ( such a drugs also used to treat depression ) and CBT style counselling, can make a big difference.
