new antidepressant???
I have Bipolar depression. Am on 20 mg Cipramil a day. As a sideffect, I gained a lot of weight (8 kg) in the last year. Whant to change to Wellbutrin (Bupropion). Is there a big difference between the two? Can I switch?

There are significant differences between the two. NEVER EVER swop between meds without seeing your psychiatrist for re-assessment, discussion of your options ( there can be some very nasty problems when some specific drugs overlap in your system ) and getting a fresh prescription from him/her
