panic attacks killing me
Ive seen 3 doctors in the last few month and they all told me that I suffer from panic attacks. They all advised me on how to stop or deal with them but no matter how hard I try, they just won't go away. This is taking over my life and I don't know what to do.

Panic Disorder is very treatable, but not by simpkly giving you some advice and sending you away to do it. CBT style counselling works very well, but requires a series of at least weekly sessions for some months ; and works best combined with medication. The results of proper treatment are usually excellent. But you can't just will them away, so I don't understand what 'advice" they could have given you in a single session and expect it to work
