Just got salary slip - been looking forward to it all year - and what a shock! The "bonus" I got, will not even buy my son the PS1 I promissed him all year, never mind even giving the lady who helps me at home a little xtra.
Last year when I got nothing, it did not bother me, because I was only with the company for a few months. It seems like I'm not doing a good job then, if they cannot show their appreciation. Memo for Jan: have to start looking for greener pasteurs.
