I'm wondering why you would want to. Its a complex question, and I don't think I've ever seen any reports of anyone being on both. Ritalin is only really used to treat ADHD. Provigil is used for a very different condition, narcolepsy and some other more unusual indications. So I don't know, I wonder if anyone knows, and I wonder why the combination would be considered adviseable
