Re MIL
Dear CS

I am so angry right now, I could scream.
To make a long story short, MIL did come for the week, but I didn't talk thing out with SIL because hubby is really very sick. She's coming to fetch MIL this weekend and we decided we'll have our chat then. I know this is wrong, but I'm just to worried about hubby to start a fight now(and I know it will end up in a fight).
Anyway, MIL started with her old nonsence again!! She keeps intervering with my way of raising my children. Remember, she had a stroke, so it's like trying to explain to a 10 year old why she shouldn't do this. She keeps on promising that she'll stop but never does. I am at my wits end. I just wish we could find a place for her that we can afford. She can't live on her own and an old age home is just so expensive.
Any way, I just needed to complain a bit. I know this won't stop, so it actually helps just talking about it.
thanx SHM

It is indeed, I know, very difficult to deal with someone in their second childhood, wo don't remember or absorb even the most gentle and ligical explanations. Its one of the areas of health care where the Dept of Health has betrayed all older S Africans, that proper old age care is so rare and priced beyond most people's means.
