Regulating eating habits of School children

My younger sister, doesnt get pocket money everyday, but the minute she gets some, its spend on sweets, fizzy drinks etc. Perhaps this will encourage healthy eating. We pack nice healthy food for her lunch box, but she doesnt touch it.
What do you guys think???
