Sadder
I do not think that I am smarter than other people out, I am wondering if I am not as good as everyone else. I know that lots of people are going through bad times, but because I needed to reach out now I am feeling sorry for myself and I am an "asshole".Is that what people think when somebody reaches out and says that they are feeling really bad and lonely. What a wonderful comfort that is to people holding guns to their heads.

The moment I try share a hardship that I am experiencing with other people, it turns into automatic self loathing. Not everything is all sunshine and happy days apparently.

Enough is enough.

Dear 8Ball,
I can hear how you sem, at present, trapped into highly negative thinking, a pattern that can become a habit, and make it hard to find even otherwise reasonably obvious remedies and happinesses. I have no doubt whatsoever that you are enormously more likeable and capable and worthy, than you feel or believe you are, at present. Various factors, including Depression, can lead one into this profoundly negative bias, but it can be remedied. If you're prepared to take the chance of feeling much better --- see a shrink for a proper assessment and discussion of available remedies.
