Dear mia,
Woulda been a great idea to have asked whichever of the doctors who prescribed the last of those drugs, wouldn't it ? I just want to make the point, that WHENEVER folks consult more than one doctor, you need to tell the second doctor exactly what the first doctor has prescribed for you ; and always tell any doctor what other over-the-counter drugs or remedies you may be taking, just to check whether it's relevant.
Now, to you specidic question, I don't tink there ought to be problems with this combination. Synflex ( chemical name Naproxen ) is an anti-inflammatory painkiller, which can cause a number of side-effects, including indigestion ; Tenston I don't much like, but it combines a couple of normal painkillers like Aspirin, with Meprobamate which is a mild tranquillizer ( so check that it doesn't affect your alertness in driving ).
