There are a range of possible causes for one to hear voices ( such as a high fever ). Hearing voices that are talking to each other, whether about you or not, can be seen in schizophrenia ; and the voices one hears in schizophrenia are not necessarily only talking directly to you. But one doesn't make a diagnosis or plan treatment based on only one symptom, of course, so it's best for you to see a good local psychiatrist, perhaps whoever has been treating you, for a re-assessment, and a revision of your treatment program.
