This is a sadly common problem, and fortunately can indeed be helped, but not very simply, so it would be wise for her to see a psychologist for a full assessment of the situation, and then some counselling / psychotherapy, to sort out her reactions to the unpleasant earlier events, and let her become free to enjoy her sexuality again
