should I go and see some-one for help ?
Hi ...

I do not know if this is a problem , but lately I have been having thougts of cutting myself and crawling in a little ball and die ....

I have quite a preasurized job and I always think of my job 24\7 ...I also worry about everything and stress about the smallest little things .I feel that I cannot handle myslef and the only way to get away from this is to just inflict a little pain .......but it is getting worse because I cut myslef this weekend for the first time and I was scared ,the thoughts is going through my mind at a pase I cannot with-stand ...sometimes I go outside and smoke 2-3 smokes in 5 - 10 minutes easily ....I do not know if I need a brake from work or what I need to do ...I feel closed up all the time and feel like I am loosing it ....

Well, feelings such as you describe are hardly pleasant or usual, so it sounds like a really good idea to see a good local shrink for a proper full assessment, then a discussion of what treatments, if any, could be recommended.
Sounds like you might just be stressing more than is helpful about your job, or perhaps developing an Anxiety Disorder, which can be helped, possibly by medication, more surely by counselling.
Avoid the cutting. Apart from the obvious reasons, it can become a bad habit, and it never provides lasting relief, only complicates, needlessly, the problem you already have. Also find ways for recreation --- exercise, absorbing hobbies, and yes, why not take a break for a long weekend somewhere nice --- but preferably somewhere where there'd be a program of activities ( like a spa ) so you'd be kept pleasantly occupied, rather than just sitting round brooding about the office !
